Time to shine! We were asked to create a new store concept that would differentiate Galaxy Jewellers in an over-traded mass-market jewellery retail landscape. We achieved this by creating an environment that was more opulent and aspirational. And we eliminated the tradition of behind-the-counter service which immediately set Galaxy apart.
